Directions from Motorway Junctions:

 

From M5Jct 26: Exit the motorway at junction 26 and head towards Wellington.  From the roundabout take the 1st exit, the A38 and head down the road.  At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit, carrying along the A38 towards Cullompton/Exeter.  Head down the road for around 2 miles, passing The Beambridge Hotel and heading up Whiteball hill.  Take the exit right off of the dual carridgeway, signposted to Greenham, Appley, Stawley, head down the hill, passing Hansons Quarry on your left, then we are in the business park on your next left!
